Pursuant to Turkish Consumer Law no. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, the following information is provided prior to the purchase of an Arsigo subscription.

Service description

Arsigo provides an AI-powered sales assistant (chatbot) for e-commerce businesses. The service is delivered digitally; there is no physical product or shipping.

Plan contents

Plan contents (message volume, chatbot limit, integration count, features) are listed in detail on the pricing page. The Customer reviews and selects the plan before purchase.

Total price

The plan price is shown on the checkout screen VAT inclusive (where applicable). Monthly plans renew every month; annual plans renew once a year. Annual plans include a 2-month discount (10 months billed instead of 12).

Payment method

Payment is collected via PayTR / Iyzico using a 3D Secure protected credit or debit card. Payments are recurring — they continue from the saved card every period until the Customer cancels.

Delivery time

The plan activates the moment payment is confirmed; the bot and features are available in the Customer's account within seconds.

Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal ends once the digital content begins to be delivered (when the bot processes its first message), per Article 15/h of the Distance Contracts Regulation. The Customer may, however, cancel the subscription at any time from account settings to stop auto-renewal. Access continues to the end of the currently paid period.

Cancellation and refunds

  • Cancel: Account → Subscription & Billing → "Cancel subscription"
  • Once service usage has begun, the period already paid is not refundable (Regulation Article 15/h).
  • In case of a technical outage, Arsigo provides credit compensation proportional to the outage duration.

Complaints and disputes

Complaints can be sent to destek@arsigo.com. If the issue is not resolved, the Customer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Courts according to the monetary thresholds set by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.
